REMOTE CCTV VIEWING

We can connect this system to your existing compatible router to enable you to view, playback and record video footage over the Internet using your own dedicated web address and password authority. Furthermore and if required, we can configure this system to be viewed on Apple’s iPhone, iTouch and iPad as well as Android & Blackberry phones and all windows mobile media products. With regard to Remote Viewing set up, customer must have a functioning internet connection and compatible router. Preferably the customer should have a Static (not Dynamic) IP address.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Customer to provide a 240V AC mains supply. If we are to install any power supplies, additional charges will apply.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

All equipment supplied and installed by us come with a 1 YEAR Free on-Site Maintenance agreement. This includes 24 hour telephone support with on site assistance when required along with replacement of all faulty equipment within the maintenance period and labor costs. The second year maintenance is priced as above.

STANDARD OF WORKMANSHIP

Duration time for installation is dependent on amount of cameras and complications. The area will be left as previously found with minimal disruption caused. On conclusion of the installation our engineers will tidy all areas worked in to your expectations. All equipment supplied conforms to the highest industry standards.

WARRANTY

All Equipment supplied will come with a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any faults arising from alterations to the system or damage caused to the system without prior consent from angle security.

PRICING POLICY

All prices quoted remain valid for 14 days. All prices quoted are fully inclusive of installation. Upon Acceptance of the quote we request a minimum 50% deposit. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Balance is to be paid to the engineer or directly transferred into our account on completion and handover of the security system.
